The root cause was that Web Services Reliable Messaging
Service was not including the Offer element in CreateSequence
requests for WSRM 1.0 sync2way dispatch clients .

Problem conclusion

  • The Reliable Messaging Service has been changed to ensure that
when CreateSequence requests are sent to WSRM 1.0 sync2way
clients, the request will include the Offer element.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 6.1.0.25. Please refer to the Recommended Updates
