Error description
If you click the clock icon to enter a time value (under the workflow section in a content document for example) in Internet Explorer, the pop-up time packer dialog is displayed with scroll bars which makes it difficult to enter a value.
Local fix
Problem summary
The JavaScript that displays the widget was not setting the dialog dimensions correctly.
Problem conclusion
The dimensions are now based on the size of the containing content which ensures it is set correctly in IE.
