PK81082: UNABLE TO ACCESS CONTENT USING RRP AFTER APPLYING PK79480 AND PK70548

Error description

• When attempting to access content in the remote rendering
  portlet, witnessing the error "You do not have access to view
  this portlet" after installing PK79480 and PK70548

Problem summary

• After installing PK70548 the LTPA token is not passed to the
  backend WCM server and the user sees "You do not have the
  required access rights to view this content".
  

Problem conclusion

• If an anonymous session exists then the LTPA token is not being
  added correctly therefore the user will see "You do not have the
  required access rights to view this content".
  .
  If an anonymous session exists then the LTPA token is not being
  added correctly therefore the user will see "You do not have the
  required access rights to view this content".  We need to
  differentiate between the anonymous and authenticated session to
  ensure the LTPA is handled correctly.
