Problem summary
After installing PK70548 the LTPA token is not passed to the backend WCM server and the user sees "You do not have the required access rights to view this content".
Problem conclusion
If an anonymous session exists then the LTPA token is not being added correctly therefore the user will see "You do not have the required access rights to view this content". . If an anonymous session exists then the LTPA token is not being added correctly therefore the user will see "You do not have the required access rights to view this content". We need to differentiate between the anonymous and authenticated session to ensure the LTPA is handled correctly.
