APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1) Create a workflow with a user having editor rights.
  2) Create an authoring template and set its default
  content/workflow to
  the workflow just created.
  3) See that the effective workflow rights are seen
  4) Open the workflow object and view references
  5) Clear references from the authoring template to the workflow
  6) Opent the authoring template and see that the
  content/workflow is now
  none.
  7) The workflow security didn't get removed.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• System only clear the workflow itself, but do not restore the
  original security setting which belong to the controllable
  itself.
  

Problem conclusion

• Call the right function to restore the original item security.
