Error description

The proxy buffers heartbeat responses from application
servers, which can cause client side timeouts.

For performance reasons, when the Proxy Server receives
responses it will buffer the response body until the partial
response body limit is reached. However, the buffering can
cause client side connection timeouts.

Problem conclusion

To prevent the problem, a proxy custom property is created to
disable response buffering for heartbeat applications:

Property name: http.disableresponsebufferingurls
Property value: comma separated heartbeat application URL
pattern list.

The above custom property should be defined under:
Servers -> Proxy Servers -> proxy_server_name -> HTTP Proxy
Server settings -> Proxy Settings -> Custom Properties.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
