The javadoc comment for the RESPONSE_TIMEOUT_PROPERTY property
(com.ibm.wsspi.webservices.Constants.RESPONSE_TIMEOUT_PROPERTY)
specifies the value should be set in milliseconds. However, it
should be set in seconds.

Problem conclusion

The documentation was corrected.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 6.1.0.25 and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the Recommended
