Error description

The use of the JSR160 APIs for interacting requires the addition
of the com.ibm.ws.admin.client_6.1.0.jar in the Application
Server's class path else, the JSR160 APIs fails to connect to
the MBean Server

When the com.ibm.ws.admin.client_6.1.0.jar is added to the
Portal environment, ORB is erroneously being initialized twice.
The second init fails because the configured port is already in
use by the first ORB initialization.

The problem occurs only when com.ibm.ws.admin.client_6.1.0.jar
is in the Application Server's class path.

The JSR-160 API relies on the
META-INF/services/javax.management.remote.JMXConnectorProvider
file being accessible to properly setup JMXConnectors.  Although
this file exists and is provided by the WebSphere Application
Server, it was not made visible to applications.  Applications
creating a JMXConnector would result in a java.net.BindException
being thrown.

Problem conclusion

WebSphere Application Server configuration files have been
modified so that the
META-INF/services/javax.management.remote.JMXConnectorProvider
file is now visible to applications.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 6.1.0.27, and 7.0.0.5.  Please refer to the
