Error description

• THIS CHANGE WILL ACCEPT THE 3270 QUERY REQUEST AS A HOST
  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO RESET A READ RETRY STATE AND NOT SEND SNA
  SENSE 0871. THIS CHANGE ALSO ALLOWS IDC TO WORK IN THIS
  SITUATION, I.E. NOT DROP THE SNA SESSION WITH AN APPLICATION
  LIKE FILE MANAGER/CICS WHICH SENDS A QUERY REQUEST WHILE THE
  TERMINAL IS IN READ RETRY STATE.

  This change will accept the 3270 Query Request as a
  Host Acknowledgement to reset a Read Retry State and not send
  SNA sense 0871.  This change also allows IDC to work in this
  situation, i.e. not drop the SNA session with an application
  like File Manager/CICS which sends a Query Request while the
  terminal is in Read Retry State.
