PK77300: BLA DID NOT CLEAN UP THE ASSET COMPLETELY WHEN ADDING AN INVALID ASSET AS A COMPOSITION UNIT TO A BLA

Error description

During internal testing, a user added composition unit using
an asset to an empty business-level application (bla). The
expected exception was thrown. Then the user let the console
session expire and logged back in later. When prompted, they
accepted "recover changes made in prior session". When trying
to delete the asset, the following errors occurred:

CWWMH0141E: Asset "WebSphere:assetname=ERWWBase_SCA.jar"
cannot be removed because the following composition units are ba
sed on it: [WebSphere:cuname=ERWWBase_SCA_001.jar].
Unable to remove WebShpere:assetname=WRWWBase_SCA.jar

The code detected when the exception was thrown and cleaned up
the composition unit being added and removed the composition
unit from the business level application. But, it did not
remove the reference to the composition unit from the asset,
causing the error.

Problem conclusion

The code has been changed to clean up the referenced asset
correctly to avoid the corruption of configuration data.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
