Error description

Administrative Agent with multiple registered nodes that are
standalone servers non-federated.

When trying to start or stop the server using the Administrative
Agent Console the following message is produced:

Server cannot be stopped because the node agent for server
testAdmin1 on node testnode_Admin1 is not active.

Same message when stopping the server.

Local fix

Workaround is to use startServer/stopServer.

On IBM i systems, the Administrative Agent console cannot start
or stop registered servers. The error incorrectly states that
the node agent is not active.

Problem conclusion

A code change was made to allow the Administrative Agent
console to correctly communicate with the registered servers
to allow starting and stopping through the console.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix pack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
