Error description

When continually acting upon applications, such as constant
updates, restarts, installs, uninstalls, the JVM runs out
of heap space. The memory leak occurs in either the
com.ibm.ws.websvcs.desc.WSModuleDescriptorImpl or the
com.ibm.ws.websvcs.annotations.amm.client.WSAmmUtils class.
In both cases, the leak is caused by a static map.

After continual updates of JAX-WS web service applications,
the Java Virtual Machine runs out of memory.

The webservice engine saved information about unused
applications in a memory table.  After a long period of time,
this table could cause the Virtual Machine to run out of memory.

Problem conclusion

The code is corrected.  The information about unused
applications is now properly removed.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
