Error description
When using WS-ReliableMessaging with a managedPersistent or managedNonPersistent quality of service it is sometimes impossible to delete or terminate outbound sequences when using the runtime administrative console.

However, when using a managedPersistent or managedNonPersistent quality of service this functionality can sometimes fail to delete the underlying sequence.
Problem conclusion
Code has been corrected so that you can delete the sequences. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in Web Services Feature Pack for Websphere Application Server 6.1.0.23.
