Closed as program error.
Error description
"NoClassDefFoundError" appears when versionInfo script is run. The issue is because the CCSID of the HTTP profile is not correct when the setupCmdLine script is executed.
Local fix
Change the ccsid of the default profile's setupCmdLine to 819.

Therefore, the class path cannot be searched correctly resulting in the NoClassDefFoundError.
Problem conclusion
