APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• "NoClassDefFoundError" appears when versionInfo script is run.
  The issue is because the CCSID of the HTTP profile is not
  correct when the setupCmdLine script is executed.
  

Local fix

• Change the ccsid of the default profile's setupCmdLine to 819.
  

Problem summary

  There are certain characters in the setupCmdLine script that
  are interpreted incorrectly in a double-byte character set
  CCSID.  Therefore, the class path cannot be searched correctly
  resulting in the NoClassDefFoundError.
  

Problem conclusion

• During HTTP profile creation, set CCSID of setupCmdLine script
  to 819.
  
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
  fixpack 6.1.0.23.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
