This APAR is a cumulative fix for ObjectGrid that supercedes
the previous 6.1.0.4 ObjectGrid cumulative fixes, PK72008 and
PK73534. The resulting interim fix for this APAR can be
applied to either V6.1.0.3 or V6.1.0.4.

Fixes included in this cumulative fix are:
    1. SystemOut and SystemErr log files did not rollover.
    2. A large number of ObjectGrid container servers cannot
be started concurrently without some failing to start
    requiring them to be restarted.
    3. LoaderException stating null values are not supported when
starting a cluster of catalog server.
    4. Performance improvement in EntityManager for find and
    query operations.
    5. Fix HTTP Session plugin for ObjectGrid to work correctly
on WebSphere Application Server version 6.0.2.
    6. Preserve HTTP Session ID when requests are routed to
    a different server.
    7. DuplicateKeyException when an HTTP Session attribute
is removed and then set in the same servlet method.
