WebSphere Application Server Feature Pack functionality was
not honoring the refreshIfExpired flag and therefore was not
    refreshing the LTPA token.

Problem conclusion

  • WebSphere Application Server Feature Pack functionality has
been modified to properly refresh the LTPA token automatically.
