  After applying PK66218(UK38971), some XML index entries might
  not be created for an XML document, which is larger than 15k
  and has many children under one single element.
  
  PK66218 was a performance enhancement APAR, but caused
  incomplete traversal on some of the many children in the
  document mentioned above during index keys generation.
  
  The missing XML value index entries can be detected by
  executing CHECK INDEX. Below is an example of output:

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code was fixed to complete traversal on large XML
   documents during XML value indexes creation.
