Error description

Applications have third party JBOSS API
(org.jboss.seam.security.NotLoggedInException) deploy on to
WebSphere Application Server V7.0 successfully but when you
start the appserver it throws following validation error in
systemout.log

Customers using the @ApplicationException annotation to
specify an exception class will receive a ValidationException
if the class's immediate parent is not java.lang.Exception or
java.lang.Error. For example, a class 'MyException' extending
'RuntimeException' extending 'Exception' will result in
the exception but a class 'AnotherException' extending
'Exception' will not see the exception. The
ValidationException will be similar to the following:

Problem conclusion

The issue has been resolved and you should no longer receive a
ValidationException in this case.
