Error description

• When a hierarchical item that only has draft descendants is
  deleted, the error displayed does not provide any information
  about the item's draft descendants.
  This makes it difficult to delete the item because drafts are
  only visible in the draft views, and draft views do not display
  the item's parent.
  The user should be provided with additional information to
  indicate the draft descendants.
  

Local fix

• Additional information added to the error message to display the
  titles of draft descendants. The user must then search the draft
  views to delete the draft descendants prior to deleting the
  parent.
