Error description

• The problem is occurring when there is a name collision while
  creating a draft content link. When there is a
  name collision while producing a content link, we try to
  retrieve the  path to the target and the path to the parent of
  the link, so we can
  log a warning telling the administrator to rename the target and
  create the link manually.
  
  This code works fine when the link target is published. When the
  link target is a draft without a published node, we fail to find
  the path to it.

• If cannot find the path from root workspace, then it will try to
