PK72028: MANAGE INSTALLED APPLICATION FOR SERVER SHOWS BLANK IN IBM WEB ADMINISTRATION GUI

Error description

In the HTTP ADMIN IBM Web Administration GUI interface under
Manage --> Application Servers the Managed Installed
Applications screen shows no applications installed.

Local fix

This problem usually results from having an entry for an
application listed in the server serverindex.xml file, but the
directory for the application no longer exists under
/InstalledApps.

If the entry is removed from the serverindex.xml file the GUI is
able to display the rest of the applications.

When one application was not correctly removed, Web
Administration GUI should show the other applications
correctly. But the problem is that it will show no
applications installed.

Problem conclusion

This problem is caused by an exception on the non-correctly
removed application. We caught that exception and went on to
show other applications.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fix packs 7.0.0.3, 6.1.0.23, and 6.0.2.35.  Please refer to the
