Error description

Applications using asynchronous scenarios fails with the
following exception
Caused by: org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Socket operation timed
out before it could be completed

OR

org.apache.axis2.AxisFault: Time out while waiting for the
server to send the response.

After each asynchronous request the HTTP connection is reset
prematurely before the response is received in the async
response servlet. This might lead to timeout issues in stressed
environment if the connection is immediately reused by the
next request.

Problem conclusion

To prevent the socket/timeout exceptions, the code is
fixed to disconnect the connection after each one way request
and in the case of async requests the connection is reset
after the response is received in the async response servlet.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpack 7.0.0.1.  Please refer to the Recommended Updates
