PK71829: AUTHOR TIME SEARCH DOES NOT RETURN EXPECTED RESULTS

Error description

  • In a library that contains a lot of items, the author time
    search can sometimes return no results (or minimal results) for
    a query that should return a lot of results.
    
    This is due to a few factors
    1. We currently search the whole library for items with a
    particular search term
    2. JURU only returns 100 items
    3. We post filter the 100 returned results from JURU to
    determine whether any other results match our query
    4. If JURU has returned us 100 published content items and we
    are looking for deleted content items, then the search will
    return no results (even though there are deleted content items
    that match the search criteria)
