PK70705: WAS changed the value of the WASReqURL cookie

Error description

• In the WAS fixpacks 6.0.2.29 and 6.1.0.17 the value of the
  WASReqURL cookie was changed from relative URL to:
  http://:9082/wps/myportal , where the protocol and port info was
  added, but the host name is missing. Portal uses this URL as
  redirect URL, which does not work after the WAS change. With
  this fix, portal removes the first part of the URL and keeps the
  relative URL, just as it always worked.

Problem summary

Problem conclusion

• With this fix, portal removes the first part of the URL and
