Error description

• After installing PK69894, when passing full category
  path to menu component, incorrect results.
  
  For example, a category path like
  libname/taxonomy/catParent/catChild will return
  results for content tagged with all children of catParent.

Problem conclusion

• Changed WCM code to not pull category name from the full path
  when not necessary
  
  A fix is available from Fix Central for the 6.0.1.3 release of
  the WCM product -

  This fix should be rolled into the 6.0.1.5 release as well.
