Error description
If a cluster that has no members is deleted from the configuration, the references in the applications deployment.xml do not get removed.

Problem conclusion
The fix takes care of removing the deployment target mapping when the cluster with no member is deleted. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fix pack 6.1.0.21.
