Error description

The root problem is that in the case we have we send the payload
of the Business Process Choreographer (BPC) invoke to the
Common Event Infrastructure (CEI).
And the payload contains a DateTime
(type:dateTime) with the value "1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z" (for
example
org.eclipse.hyades.logging.events.cbe.impl.ExtendedDataElementIm

A validation error occurs when processing a Business Process
Choreographer (BPC) payload invoke to Common Event
Infrastructure (CEI) when the payload contains a DateTime
value of
"1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z".  For example:

org.eclipse.hyades.logging.events.cbe.impl.ExtendedDataElem
entImpl@4b164b16 (hexValue: null, name: ausfuehrungszeit, type:
dateTime, values: [1970-01-01T00:00:00.000Z], children: null))

The validation error is seen in the FFDC log, for example:

default.AppTarget.lp305WpsNode.0_0000014f_08.07.10_11.23.03_
0.txt this is rejected as being invalid
in
org.eclipse.hyades.logging.events.cbe.impl.CommonBaseEventImpl
.validate(CommonBaseEventImpl.java:2247)

The problem is a code defect in the TPTP component of Eclipse.
 A copy of the TPTP component is a part of the IBM WebSphere
Application Server installation.

Problem conclusion

There is no workaround for this problem.

The problem was fixed by obtaining a code change for the
eclipse bugzilla defect 240884 and by integrating this code
change into the IBM WebSphere Application Server code base.

The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
fixpacks 6.0.2.35, 6.1.0.23, and 7.0.0.3.  Please refer to the
