    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    When running the transaction ECLI which is part of the CICS
    catalog manager sample application, the message "DFHPI1007
    SOAP message processing failed because of incorrect input
    (UNDEFINED_ELEMENT DFH0XCMN)" is received.
    This occurs when option 1 is selected and the transaction
    ends with 'Error calling inquire catalog service - INVREQ'.
    UNDEFINED_ELEMENT DFH0XCMNOperation can also be issued as
    part of a msgDFHPI1007, and the problem can occur when the
    sample is invoked from WAS.

Problem conclusion

  • DFH0XECC has been altered to use DFH0XCMNOperation as the
    operation name. The WSBIND and WAS V6.0 ear files have been
    shipped so the entire sample remains in step.
