PK68194: Normalize the zIIP and zAAP CPU times from the SMF 30 records.

APAR status

Error description

• The specialty engines CPU values appear in the SMF 30 using the
  speed of the specialty engines.  These times can be normalized
  to the CPU speed of the standard CP.  This maintence will
  apply the normalization factors (SMF30SNF and SMF30ZNF) to the
  zIIP and zAAP CPU values.  The resulting values are placed in
  the 792 record, dictionary field names R792ZIIP and R792ZAAP.

Problem conclusion

• The specialty engines' CPU times in the 792 record are
  normalized using the factors provided in the performance section
  of the SMF 30 record, SMF30SMF and SMF30ZNF.  The following
  calculation is used:  (CPU time * factor) / 256
