Error description

Using application that retrieves a license from a FlexLM server
fails to communicate with the server using a locally stored
dynamic view from a Windows Vista machine.

When using the same application from a windows xp machine, or
when using a remotely stored view from the Vista machine, it
works fine.

Other workarounds include snapshot views, or executing the
program outside of a Clearcase view context.
