Error description
Plugin failing to reconnect and mark server back up following a server recovery from an outage or recycle. Though problem was unable to be easily reproduced outside of customer site, documentation and tests showed a possible problem with the retry interval and handling of threads within a process. Code fix will ensure improved handling of retry interval to avoid missed reconnection to a recovered server.
