Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool issues an erroneous "Primary index
  required." message on panel ADB27CR "ssid Alter Related : aaa".
  

Local fix

• F3 from panel if a primary index is shown.

  * USERS AFFECTED: Users of DB2 Administration Tool V7.2.       *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When altering  an  identify  column's   *
  *                      attributes,   such  as  changing  the   *
  *                      RESTART  value,  when that column  is   *
  *                      also  part of  the  primary key,  the   *
  *                      product was issuing a  message on the   *
  *                      panel ADB27CR  that the primary index   *
  *                      also may need to be changed.  For the   *
  *                      subject case, the index does not need   *
  *                      to be changed.                          *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  When using ALC to change the identify attributes of a primary
  key column, a message may be issued on panel ADB27CR that the
  index for the primary key may need to be changed.
