  The draft summary object's PAC entry was not getting cleaned up.
  
  Failing Module: WCM - Web Content Management (General)
  
  Problem Solution:
  
  The draft summary is now deleted using the stable workspace,
  which will mean that its PAC entry will be cleaned up.
