Problem summary

• Affected users all.
  CANCLEAR() METHOD THROWS JAVA.LANG.ILLEGALSTATEEXCEPTION WHEN
  USED WITHIN a Portlet.  The code was trying to get the active
  credentials from the stack but that were not accessible via
  the stack.
  

Problem conclusion

• Corrected the code to use the system workspace.
