Error description
The repository browser tree view scrollbar doesn't remember it's previous location and scrolls back to top after clicking a tree element. The functionality has been remoded in v5 due to complaints about 'page jumping' as the previous solution was based on in-page anchors.
Local fix
The scrollbar location is stored and retrieved across requests.
Problem summary
AuthoringUI now stores the vertical position of the scrollbar.
