• After syndication, the first version of multiple stage
  workflowed items do not appear on the subscriber.

  Problem Description:
  After syndication, the first version of multiple stage
  workflowed items do not appear on the subscriber.
  

Problem conclusion

• This only occurs if the item has a multiple stage workflow. The
  event log database was not being updated the first time a
  version is created when moving an item from draft to published
  state.
  The event log database is now updated the first time a version
  is created for an item that has a multiple stage workflow.
  
  Note. This iFix will correctly update the event log database for
  items created after applying this iFix.
  For items created prior to applying this iFix, the event log
  database must be reset. Refer to the Info Center documentation
  under "Resetting the Web content event log".
