• If maxuploadfilezie has been set, then if upload an image over
  the limit, then the image has still been upload and, there is no
  error massage when trying to save the message.

Problem summary

• If maxuploadfilezie has been set, then if upload an image over
  the limit, then the image has still been upload and, there is no
  error massage when trying to save the message.
  

Problem conclusion

• The file which is over size limit is not add into the
  "oversizefile" set, that's why no error message displayed and
  content is able to be saved successfully. Add the over size file
  into the "oversizefile" set, then the error message will show up
  probably.
