PK59241: CONTENT IN SITEAREA DISAPPEARS AFTER CHANGING WORKFLOW

Error description

• Summary: Content in SiteArea
  disappears after changing workflow
  
  Problem:
  If the workflow is changed on a published SiteArea, under which
  content items are stored,
  and then the SiteArea is republished, all the content items
  stored previously under that SiteArea are
  deleted.
  
  Analysis:
  This is a defect. If a SiteArea is published and has children,
  then it should not be possible for
  a user to change the workflow on that SiteArea.
  
  
  Solution:
  New code has been introduced which prevents the workflow on a
  site area form from being changed
  if that site area is published and has children.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Users Affected: All java Edition LWWCM users
  Problem Description:     If the workflow is changed on a
  published SiteArea, under which
  content items are stored,
