PK59167: "COPY" BUTTON IS NOT GRAY OUT FOR READ USER

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• If the user has only read access to a content, the "copy" button
  is not grey out as "move" button, and if click "copy" button,
  unauthoring access exception will show on the UI.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• If the user has only read access to a content, the "copy" button
  is not grey out as "move" button, and if click "copy" button,
  unauthorized access exception will show on the UI.  This is by
  design, "copy" button are treat different as "move" button.
  

Problem conclusion

• Gray out the "copy" button if user only has read access to
  content.
