  This fix modifies the following parts for Version 1 Release 2 of
  the Optimization Expert (OE) for DB2 for z/OS V8:
  (1) DSNTIJOS, an installation job that can be used to create the
      database and stored procedures used by the Optimization Ser-
      vice Center (OSC) and Optimization Expert (OE) for DB2 for
      z/OS
  (2) DSNTIJNX, an installation job that creates and updates
      user-managed DB2-supplied objects for new-function mode.
      It can be used to modify the OSC and OE database after DB2
      enters new-function mode
  (3) DSNTIJRA, an installation job that can be used to define
      the z/OS security environment for the DB2 administrative
      enablement feature and OSC and OE
  (4) DSNTESC, a sample part that contains DDL for creating the
      DB2 sample explain tables
  (5) The DB2 installation CLIST.
  
  This fix makes the following preconditioning changes for Version
  1 Release 2 of the Optimization Expert (OE) for DB2 for z/OS V9:
  (1) It updates DSNTIJOS, an installation job that can be used
      to create the database and stored procedures used by the
      Optimization Service Center (OSC) and Optimization Expert
      (OE) for DB2 for z/OS.
  (2) It adds job DSNTIJOC, which can be used to convert an exist-
      ing DB2 Version 9 OSC and OE database for compatibility with
      OE V1R2.
  (3) It also adds job DSNTIJOM, which can be used to migrate an
      existing DB2 OSC and OE database from DB2 Version 8 to DB2
      Version 9.
  (4) It also updates DSNTESC, which contains DDL for creating
      the DB2 sample explain tables.
  (5) It updates the DB2 installation CLIST to customize these
      parts.
