After application of PK44153, the same symptoms as shown by
PK40662 can occur. This is an abend ADPL when a web service
program is defined as remote and the program issues a syncpoint.
This can occur even if the SYNCONRETURN=YES parameter has been
specified on the DFHLS2WS or DFHWS2LS build.

have been reinstated.
