Error description

• Getting MSGDFHSO0106 x'0236' when running CICS/TS for VSE R411
  and using the TCP/IP interface.
  The givesocket() call ends up with the ECONNRESET.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Message DFHSO0106 code X'0236' is       *
  *                      issued followed by a system dump with   *
  *                      dumpcode SO0002 when a GIVESOCKET call  *
  *                      fails.                                  *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  ****************************************************************
  A new connection arrives in sockets domain because of an HTTP
  request from a browser. CSOL (the CICS sockets listener task)
  issues a GIVESOCKET ( BPX1GIV ) against the newly accepted
  socket.
  
  The GIVESOCKET return code ( AIORC ) is ECONNRESET ( 1121 ).
  This is returned by TCPIP because the connection with the
  browser has been reset. This is a common response to GIVESOCKET
  requests but CICS issues a console message ( DFHSO0106 ) and
  takes a system dump with dumpcode SO0002 in response to the
  error.

Problem conclusion

• DFHSOCK has been changed to avoid issuing message DFHSO0106
  and taking a system dump when a GIVESOCKET request fails
  with ECONNRESET.
