  Create a redistribution release area using Eclipse 3.2.2

  Specifically:
  Eclipse 3.2.2 Platform Runtime Binary.

  The clearcase Menus and options will not show up or work.
  
  Java versions 1.4.2, 1.5 and 1.6 also do not work.
  Pre-exsisting views will appear. Upon selecting one a
  generic error message will appear and state:

Problem conclusion

• One of the CCRC Eclipse plugin(s) had a dependency on an
  Eclipse plugin (org.eclipse.jdt.ui) which is not installed
  as part of the Runtime-only installation. As a result, CCRC
  would not run in that environment.
  We have removed the dependency on the Eclipse plugin in CCRC
  client version 7.0.1.D070930 (CU01).
