  *                      support reporting for redirection on    *

  IFC support is needed for reporting all IBM specialty engine
  redirect CPU time.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. The CPU header mapped by DSNDQWHU will be generalized
  to report CPU consumed on specialty engines and CPs.
  
  2. The following changes are made to IFI monitor record
  IFCID148:
    a. QW0148LW now only reports CP time.
    b. New fields QW0148CLS1_BegNNse, QW0148CLS2_BegNNse
       QW0148CLS1_BegNTse, QW0148CLS2_BegNTse, and QW0148Wait_se
       are added (see DSNDQW02 for details). These fields can
       be used to compute specialty engine and CP consumption as
       of the last DB2 wait.
  
  3. All zIIP related fields in IFCID239 mapped by DSNDQPAC are
  generalized to report CPU consumed on specialty engines rather
  than IBM zIIPs only.
  
  4. The following changes are made to IFCID3 accounting records:
    a. All zIIP related fields in IFCID3 mapped by DSNDQWAC are
       generalized to report CPU consumed on specialty engines
       rather than IBM zIIPs only.
    b. QWACZIIP_ELIGIBLE will be reported for IBM zIIP
       processors only.
    c. New fields QWACSP_CLS1se, QWACSP_CLS2se, QWACUDF_CLS1se,
       QWACUDF_CLS2se, and QWACTRTE_se are added (see DSNDQWAC
       for details). These fields can be used to compute
       specialty engine consumption for stored procedures, UDFs,
       and triggers.
