Error description

• There is an race condition during the cleanup of application
  startup which may cause an FFDC :
  WKSP0009E: Incorrect usage of WorkSpace APIs. The session of
  this WorkSpace is invalid.
  The exception is thrown because a Workspace object cannot be
  reused once it is released or removed.

  'WKSP0009E: Incorrect usage of WorkSpace APIs. The session of

  thrown because a Workspace object cannot be reused once it is
  released or removed.
  

Problem conclusion

• Class EndpointMappingListener will be changed to prevent
  concurrent access to the same workspace from different threads.
  The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in
