Closed as program error.
Error description
When migrating from 5.1 deployment manager to 6.1. If a cell contains a 5.1 node, one cannot change the bootstrap address port of any of the server instances on the 5.1 node. In console: Servers->Application servers-><servername>->Ports->Details->Bootstrap Address. Change port number and click OK. Return to previous screen but port number is not changed.
Local fix
Manually update the serverindex.xml file.

Steps to Recreate : Create a Mixed cell environment having dmgr on version 6.1 and node at version 5.1. In administrative console navigate to, Servers->Application servers->(servername of WAS5.1) ->Ports->Details->Bootstrap Address. Change port number and click OK. Return to previous screen but port number is not changed.
Problem conclusion
