Local fix

Problem summary

• SIGSEGV received in Java_java_text_Bidi_nativeBidiChars
  while trying to run the mixed type characters including
  bidi are used.
  

Problem conclusion

• This defect will be fixed in:
  1.4.2 SR8
  5.0 SR11 FP2
  Extra checks have been added to ensure that we get the
  proper character set.
  .
  To obtain the fix:
  Install build 20070506 or later for 1.4.2
  Install build 20100129 or later for 5.0
