Error description

• Transaction fails with DFHDS0002 CICSTM01 A severe error (code
  X'0075') has occurred in module DFHDSSR.
  The trace indicates an exception entry:
  DS 0075 DSSR  *EXC* - DEL_SUSP_SUSP_TOK_IN_USE -
  FUNCTION(DELETE_SUSPEND) SUSPEND_TOKEN(016B1483)
  The problem occurs when a task suspended on RZCBNOTI PIIS gets
  timed out.  The suspend token is not being resumed before being
  deleted so the dispatcher issues the exception.

  A Web Service request is received and a handler program in the
  pipeline changes the USERID, and thus causes a new task to be
  created. RequestStreams are used to manage the association
  of the tasks via suspend/notify.
  The initial task is subject to a DTIMOUT purge which causes
  the task to receive control. During the process, the suspend
  token is deleted even though it has not been resumed.
  This leads to the abend DS0002.

Problem conclusion

• Purge processing within DFHPIPM has been changed to ensure any
  suspend tokens have been resumed before the token is deleted.
