    * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
    ****************************************************************
    The CICS translator will output an extra line of generated
    COBOL for each EXEC CICS command it encounters. This is a move
    of invalid data to variable DFHEIV0, which is not defined.
    This is due to the translator incorrectly generating a statement
    before it has a valid pointer to the argument it is translating.

Problem conclusion

  • UK19817
    The CICS Translator has been amended to not generate temporary
    variable assignments when the keyword pointer is null.
