Error description

• Repeated request from a managed client to a none existant
  service not consistant. First request exception is a 404 SOAP
  fault, subsequent request return SAXParseException: An invalid
  XML character (Unicode:0x45) was found in the prolog of the
  document. Expected behaviour is the SOAP fault

• No local fix or work around.

Problem conclusion

• Web services was re-using the message context causing this
  error. This has been corrected
  The fix is currently targeted for the following fix packs:
  6.0.2.19 and 6.1.0.7.
