Error description

• Incorrect calculation for workload sharing or possibly ABEND0C9
  in DSNTTMGR DSNTTTC when IBM System Z9 Integrated D/T2094
  Information Processor (IBM ZIIP FLAG is enabled) for CP or
  SYSPLEX parallelism release preparation level (at PK17422,
  PK27578 pe).
  The zIIP hardware does NOT have to be present.
  Create enclave failures seen in dump(s).

    for Parallel Create Task.  Check if failing application was
    bound with Degree=Any, query referencing a remote table at a
    remove server and abend occurs at the remote server.

  enabled and available, DB2 uses the incorrect information for
  WLM enclave classification, causing the reported abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• DB2 code has been modified to correctly classify and create a
  WLM enclave for queries running under parallelism with zIIP
  processors enabled and available.
